Public spaces are our stages, invention and artistic intervention our modes of action, and all waters are our stages.
Born in the Camargue on the last island of the great Rhône in 1980, our company, a pioneer of street theater, has retained from its aquatic origins a taste for emergence and splash.
Our shows, great theaters in landscape, are performed all over the world, often for thousands of people, transforming everyday places into surrealist representations where the imaginary has taken over.
The permanence of a real company enables us to offer a vast repertoire of creations where any site can become a theater for a day. The multi-disciplinary nature of our team facilitates a diversity of artistic approaches, often with lively, ephemeral scenography, around social issues and poetic and philosophical questions.
Creating in our Arles workshops on a 14-hectare wasteland, thanks to the Communauté de Communes ACCM Arles Camargue Crau Montagnette, the company has developed a venue for its research and productions that is widely open and available to emerging companies and artists for residencies and creations.
